Preparation Times

Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product category and brand:

Items shipped within 8 to 10 business days:

– Accessories & beauty

Items shipped within 8 to 10 weeks:

– In-store pickup (free of charge)
– Colissimo Pickup Point
– Colissimo Home Delivery
– Chronopost Home Delivery (express shipping)
– Standard furniture delivery

Delivery times depend on the carrier chosen and your location. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees & Packaging

Shipping costs include both preparation and packaging fees, as well as postage.

– Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of your parcel.

Box sizes are adapted to the contents, and your items are carefully packed to ensure optimal protection.
